Hello again and welcome to our 2010 Truck Engine Training Calendar! Debbie, Roger and myself have been working diligently to review feedback form our 2009 program and used that information to make appropriate changes to the system thanks to your comments.

For the 2010 training calendar we will be offering all the previous courses that were offered in 2009 .We have now added two new classes to the mandatory the Service training courses ACERT Update Training-Class # T106 and 07 ACERT DPF Regeneration Training - Class #T107 these classes are intended to help the Technicians troubleshoot and repair the engines with the latest emissions standards.

Finally, I would like to emphasize something that gets overlooked by many Service Departments. Failure Analysis training assists our technician with their troubleshooting skills and more importantly, instructs them on searching for “root cause” of the failure. Many dealers comment about reimbursements via warranty for excessive troubleshooting time. Failure Analysis class will help reduce this time by teaching a more logical and tactical approach to looking at a failure determine how it occurred. Remember that all of our classes are developed to help technicians work smarter and ultimately save you more money!
